ROLE DESCRIPTIONBryan Clark - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Develop leads, schedule appointments
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to show up on time and work hard
Successful track record of showing up on time and working hard
Ability to communicate with customers

BENEFITS

Hourly plus bonuses
Hours of work are 1pm - 5pm Monday - Friday

Compensation $14.50 - $18.00 per hour
